Program Manager
Jerome graduated in 2019 from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business with his Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in African American Studies. As a recent, first generation college graduate himself, he now serves as the Program Manager for The Pivotal Network.
During his time as an undergrad, Jerome found himself heavily invested in youth development and education. He established and lead multiple mentorship, after school, and tutoring programs throughout the greater Washington, DC area.
In early 2018 Jerome published his first book, Small Talk: One Youth. Seven Stories. Countless Lessons., as a way of offering advice to young people from the perspective of a young person. That would be the year he also founded his company, SmallTalk – an educational venture with the mission of motivating youth, empowering educators, and connecting students and teachers through storytelling and cultural competency.
Now, as the leader of The Pivotal Network, Jerome is incredibly grateful to be able to serve students and teachers through such an innovative and fulfilling initiative.
